About Lynn Weinberger
The motto of Viniyoga, “One size does not fit all”, speaks to the core principle that one should modify the asana to fit one’s body rather than forcing one’s body to fit the asana. Lynn is a teacher of Viniyoga.
Linking breath to movement, she guides her students in the exploration of asana.
She empowers them to modify their practices to their own particular needs and teaches resilience in the face of aging and stress. She blends breathing techniques, poetry, mantra, and inner wisdom with physical movement.

She began her study of yoga in Bombay in 1965 with the wife of the renown Sri Yogendra, a pioneer in transforming the traditional practices of Himalayan yogis into the system of modern yoga.
